Cabin was wonderful, kitchen pretty well stocked. Loved gas fireplace, comfy couch, big TV and DVD player. Found some cheap movies in town, not many channels on TV. Grill was nice as we'd planned to do some of our own meals. Hot tub on deck was super, but not every cabin has one. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Town was nice. Restaurant and saloon food was very good and reasonably priced. The horses at Kohl's stable were very well behaved and a 2 hour trail ride was very nice. Very peaceful and relaxing location and atmosphere. Great getaway!!

The internet was atrocious, had to go to McDonald's in town for decent reception. No cell service, but they let us use the room phone for free. Beware if you go in the "off" season. Restaurant was NOT open every day, could get dinner and, I think, lunch in the bar, but breakfast on weekends this time of year.. Rim Road was closed for the winter season so couldn't see the Rim, which is the big attraction. Horses are not at the stable year round so call ahead if a trail ride is of interest.
